Our Philosophy
At Custom Training
Concepts we believe that High Performance does not happen by accident.
It is the result of a planned process in which each participant
becomes a contributing partner. This
evolutionary process involves four stages.
First, realize that improvement is possible and
create a vision of what could be.
Second, assess your current situation to determine what changes may be necessary
to achieve success. Third, develop a
success plan with milestones of progress.
Finally, implement the plan and celebrate the successes.
High Performance calls for increased trust and respect and
challenges each worker—across the board—to maximize energy,
creativity, and talent toward extraordinary outcomes.
Each individual brings
value to an organization. In
fact, human capital is the single most valuable resource of any
organization. To maximize
this resource, individuals must be willing to invest in their own
development, and employers must be willing to invest and believe in their
people. Becoming a High
Performance organization is not a quick, one-step task.
It comes through an on-going learning process and partnership that
leads to mutual success and shared pride in the organization.
“One is
not always a leader, just as one is not always a follower.
Like the ocean with its tide, there is always ebb and flow.
In some spots we see totally sand, and in others only water.
Yet where the two meet, there is a constant mixing that over time
changes both.” -- C. W. Miller
